“Full disclosure, we were in panic mode when we found Chris. Things were not going as expected and we decided we needed some extra help. I called Chris at 7:30 on a Wednesday night and to my surprise he texted me right back and set up a meeting that night from 9-10pm. He was great, very reassuring and calm and we felt immediately at ease. We trusted him and knew he was going to be a great fit for our son, so we made a plan of attack.
